1. Return Conditions
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: returns must be sent to the following address:

- For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium: DPD Retourhub, Vossenberg West II, Tilburg, Netherlands
- For customers in Poland: DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. Magazyn Zwrotów / Returns Hub ul. Mineralna 15 02-274 Warszawa
- Items delivered via freight will also be picked up by our carrier upon return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. 14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt is required.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
