To check the status of your order, log in to your customer account. Under the "Orders" menu, you will find an overview of all your purchases, including shipping status and estimated delivery date. Did you order as a guest? Use the link in the order confirmation email to track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the delivery partner.
Changing the delivery address is possible in some cases, depending on the processing status of your order. Please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and new address. We will let you know as soon as possible whether the change can be made.
Send us an email with your order number. After verification, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your order.

We ship your order within 1 business day, and the delivery time is 2–3 business days.
Yes, you can return your order within 90 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge.
